Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Who we are

bizhelpusa.com (the "Site"), the Telegram assistant @businesshubgp_bot (the "Assistant"), and the products and services offered through them are operated by Business Hub Group, a California corporation, 819 Tularosa, Irvine, CA 92618, USA, [email protected] ("we", "us", "Company").

By using the Site or the Assistant, buying a product, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Disclaimer, which together form one agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Assistant.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. What we offer

  • Digital products: written guides, templates and spreadsheets, recorded lessons and courses. Educational information only.
  • Services: bookkeeping and financial organization for small businesses, the paid Tax Diagnostic session, and educational one-on-one sessions.
  • Not offered by us directly: preparation or signing of tax returns for compensation, and representation before the IRS or any state tax agency. Where a client needs these, they are provided by an independent licensed professional (CPA or Enrolled Agent) under that professional's own engagement terms.

We are not a CPA firm, law firm, or Enrolled Agent practice. See the Disclaimer & Professional Status.

3. Services and engagement

Ongoing services (for example, monthly bookkeeping) start only after you and the Company sign a separate written engagement letter. If the engagement letter conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter controls for that service.

Tax Diagnostic. A 60-minute online session reviewing your business structure, bookkeeping and tax compliance risks, followed by recommended next steps. Price: US $300, paid in advance. The Diagnostic is a review and educational session; it is not tax return preparation, an audit, a legal opinion, or representation. Recommendations are based only on the information you provide. If you engage us for an ongoing service within 14 days after the Diagnostic, the Diagnostic fee is credited toward that service's first invoice.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you give us, and for the decisions you make.

4. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as BUSINESS HUB GROUP. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Digital products: access and license

Access is delivered after successful payment by link and/or email. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business needs. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the content, use it to train others for a fee, or use it to train machine-learning models. All content is protected by copyright and remains ours.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site or the Assistant: no unlawful use, attempts to break security, scraping, automated mass messaging, or submitting other people's personal data without their permission.

Do not send Social Security numbers, ITINs, full bank or card numbers, passwords or tax returns through Site forms, email or the Assistant. When documents are needed for a service, we will provide a secure method.

7. Accuracy of information

Tax and business rules change. Content is accurate as of its publication date. We may update content but do not promise that previously purchased products will be updated.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Site, the Assistant and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular tax result, savings, approval, or the absence of an audit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or the Assistant or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site, the Assistant, products or services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, regardless of where you live.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email [email protected] describing the issue; we will try to resolve it within 30 days.

Exclusive venue. If the dispute is not resolved informally, any claim must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You and the Company consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to that venue, regardless of where you reside. Qualifying claims may be brought in small claims court in Orange County, California.

Individual claims. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.

13. Language

These Terms are written in English. Russian and Ukrainian translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version controls.
