1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

  • name, email, phone or Telegram username, state, and business details you enter in forms, email, or the Assistant;
  • messages and questions you send us, including through the Assistant;
  • job or partnership applications, including files (for example, a résumé) you upload;
  • for clients of services: information and documents needed to perform the service, provided through a secure method.

Collected automatically:

  • pages visited, referring source, campaign tags (UTM), device and browser type, preferred language, and approximate location derived from your IP address;
  • cookies and similar technologies needed for the Site to work, to remember your language choice, and for analytics.

We do not collect full payment card data (Stripe processes it directly). Please do not send SSNs, ITINs or tax returns through forms, email or the Assistant.

3. How we use it

To deliver products and services; respond to you; book and run sessions; send emails you signed up for and information about our products (you can unsubscribe at any time); show the Site and the Assistant in your language; understand which content is useful; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. The Assistant (Eva) and AI

The Assistant is an AI chat assistant. Messages you send it are processed by Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) to generate replies, and may be reviewed by Natalia or our team to follow up with you. Do not share sensitive financial or identity data with the Assistant.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the Meta Pixel, which shares information about your visits to the Site (pages viewed, form submissions, clicks) with Meta to measure and show ads. Under California law this may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time (see section 7).

6. Client tax and financial information

If you become a client, information you provide to obtain bookkeeping or tax-related services is used only to provide those services. We will not use or disclose tax return information for any other purpose without your written consent where the law requires it, including under Internal Revenue Code § 7216. We protect client financial information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards in line with the FTC Safeguards Rule.

7. Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

We use necessary cookies, a language cookie, analytics (Metricool, Google Analytics, with ad features turned off), and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the Site will still work, but your language choice may not be remembered.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard. We do not change our practices in response to them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends it, the Meta Pixel does not load.

8. How long we keep data

  • Subscriber email: until you unsubscribe.
  • Purchase and client records: as long as required for tax and accounting obligations (generally at least 4 and up to 7 years).
  • Correspondence and Assistant chats: up to 2 years.
  • Job applications: up to 1 year.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to verify your identity and may keep records we are legally required to keep.

California residents. You have rights under California law, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (use the opt-out in section 7). Under California's "Shine the Light" law you may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing (we do not).

Visitors from the EU, the UK and similar jurisdictions. We process your data to perform a contract with you, with your consent (for newsletters), or for our legitimate interests (Site security and improvement). You may also object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Your data is processed in the United States.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children

The Site and the Assistant are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
